With the ever increasing demands on parking spaces, many companies and private individuals are experiencing difficulties with unauthorized use of their car parking facilities. In the instance that we see a non disabled driver parking in a disabled space we first of all ask them to move to a space designated for non disabled people. If the vehicle is unattended we will supply a window penalty notice.
Our operatives are well trained, fully uniformed and carry their identity and a company contact number at all times in case of any queeries. Every vehicle that receives a window penalty has several digital photographs taken to confirm the date, time, location and the nature of the contravention and these can be called upon if further evidence is required.
If a non badge displaying disabled driver receives a window penalty notice they simply have to call the office and give their badge details to be verified and the fine will be voided.
For non badge holders they can either pay online or over the phone, either way they will receive a receipt in the post no later than fourteen days after payment.
Our penaly notices are £65 pounds of which £30 pounds will be paid direct to yourself. Payments to you will be made on a monthly basis. Along with your payments you will receive a detailed listing of the vehicles, times and dates that the offence took place.
